Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

2011 was a busy, exciting year! We kicked it off with some ski trips with friends and then an amazing trip to Hawaii for Mary and Jon's wedding in April. Lots of camping trips, sporting events, and fun family outings filled up our summer. After all that we found out that we are expecting Baby Blue 2 who is due Jan. 30th - Dawson is SO excited to meet his baby brother. And then in the fall we found out the super exciting news that Mary (Karen's sister) is expecting too and is due just 3 months after Karen is! So the countdown is on - Dawson is losing his mind about excited for Santa to bring him a black Angry Bird, to bake baby Jesus a birthday cake, and then baby brother will be here in less than 6 weeks. Keep checking in for updates on when this little guy decides to make an entrance.

Wishing you and your family much love and many blessings in 2012.

Nathaniel, Karen, and Dawson

Hawaii – Jon & Mary’s Wedding

We just got back from an absolutely amazing trip to Hawaii for Mary & Jon's wedding. What a spectacular spot, wonderful ceremony, and special time with family. We had such a great time hanging out with everyone everyday. Trip highlights (besides the wedding of course) include dinner at the Pineapple Grill with the best dessert ever (thank you again Earl & Judy), the 'Drums of the Pacific' Luau, swimming with sea turtles while snorkeling in Honolua Bay, swanky pool party at the Ritz, amazing sushi dinner at Sansei, and overall luxury at the estate in Kapalua that Mary & Jon found.

Our only complaint was the size of the house - I think we lost something twice a day and are pretty sure we permanently lost Dawson's glasses in the East wing.

We hope you enjoy a few of our photos...

Halloween 2010

This year we went to The Farm in Snohomish, Washington to see Farmer Tim's pumpkin patch. Our friends the Choi family suggested we go there. Wow! What an awesome time. This is by far the coolest farm we have ever visited.

The farm is complete with a petting zoo, a huge corn maze, a bakery, corn truck, homemade corn dogs, the best caramel apples EVER, an enormous pumpkin patch, duck races, and hay mazes for the little ones. You have to go and check it out next Autumn. Dawson had an absolute BLAST!
